- pose reference (visual recommended, written OK)
- additional details i need to take note ofbefore asking to secure a slot.
usage rights
- commissions will be used as part of my portfolio; if you would like to keep it private, please inform me in advance.
- artwork is for personal use only. i retain the rights to use the artwork for promotion, distribution, and commercial display unless otherwise negotiated.
- you are not allowed to mint my artwork into NFTs for any reason. you will be blacklisted and blocked.
- i reserve the right to refuse a commission.
payment
- payment is through paypal invoice in us dollars or philippine pesos only, upfront.
- once your commission request is approved i will send a paypal invoice through the email provided.
- i will only begin the commission when i receive the full payment.
turnaround
- turnaround is between 1-3 months, depending on complexity, revisions, and response time. you will be notified of any delays in the turnaround due to personal affairs or emergencies.
- deadlines will incur an additional charge; due to my schedule, allot at least one month before the deadline for me to work on the commission.
- process pictures will be sent; during this stage, please notify any changes you would like made.
refunds
- you are permitted to ask for a refund within 2 weeks after the payment is made.
- you will be notified if i am unable to finish the commission and will receive a full refund.
- refunds will be made through paypal transfers only.
terms of use
- you are granted non-commercial use rights only for adoptables.
- do not resell the design.
- provide credit for the artwork when reposting.
- changes to the design may be made after purchase.
auction
- auctions are crossposted between twitter and toyhouse. updates will be posted on both sites regularly.
- i have the right to ignore your bid if you engage with content i disagree with.
- bids made on the twitter platform will be acknowledged via like on the reply or a reaction to the dm.
- bids made on the toyhouse platform will be acknowledged via reply to the comment.
- winners will be sent a dm on twitter or mail on toyhouse.
payment
- payment is through paypal invoice in us dollars only.
- invoice must be paid within 72 hours of issuance. if it is not paid within 72 hours, the design will go back up on sale.
